Installation on CentOS7 with proxy error

I tried several times to install cpanel on a centos 7 vm configured with proxy. After sh latest command, this is the result:

Even I'm having same problem, it starts as soon as cPanel installer installs nscd service all hostnames stops resolving due to which cPanel installer is not able to proceed further Ticket submitted: Your Request ID is: 11740731 Kindly help, not installing cPanel for first time, even tried to reinstall VPS multiple times but still same issue

I'm getting the same issue syncing TIERS.json via updatenow when nightly UPCP runs... TLS related perhaps? Will open a new thread for it...
