  Hello @umair333 This indicates that you exceeded the PHP memory limit for the version of PHP this site is running on. In order to resolve this to allow this to run you'd need to go to WHM>>Software>>MultiPHP INI Editor and increase the Memory limit. Thanks!

  This is not a good response to a question. WHM>>Software>>MultiPHP INI is for web no for PHP-cli Try this (I hate copy and paste experts). Is an example for install a wordpress php -d memory_limit=512M "$(which wp)" core download --locale=es_ES
