Update Process Failed with 255 Error
When trying to complete an update I am receiving the following message that is causing it to fail. Any ideas on how to fix this problem. This is on a hosted server with me doing the management and I have not encountered this in the past 10 years of running this website.
The "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updateuserdomains" command (process 29388) reported error number 255 when it ended.

Hi @Barnmother Based on your profile's access level of Website Owner I am assuming you don't have root access - to resolve this you'd need to contact your provider if that is indeed the case. If you do have root access to the server when you run the following what is the output: /scripts/updateuserdomains

I do have root access. However no experience with CP so where do I enter the above? 0 -
Hello @Barnmother That's a command you should be able to copy/paste when logged in as the root user over SSH. 0
