cPanel phpMyAdmin logins fail when accessing cPanel via WHM

after update v79.9999.191 [TEST BUILD] face issues on phpmyadmin error in cpanel Moderator Note: The WHM URL was removed from the pasted version number and the linked image was removed. Please upload images directly to the post as attachments.

  If this is happening for all cPanel accounts, please open a ticket using the link in my signature. If it is just for this user, please attempt to reset the password for this cPanel account to see if that resolves the issue.
