mod_lsapi and wordpress
We have a problem with Wordpress sites and mod_lsapi. Occasionally 503 error is generated in Apache error_log
[Wed Mar 27 16:35:04.536230 2019] [lsapi:error] [pid 10459:tid 47611922413312] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:0] [host www.domain.com] Error on sending request(GET / HTTP/1.1); uri(/index.php) content-length(0): ReceiveAckHdr: nothing to read from backend (LVE ID XXX), check Troubleshooting, referer: Website Domains Names & Hosting | Domain.com
Strange things is that we cannot reproduce the error on 100%. No LVE limits were reached. Centos 7 with Cloudlinux, CageFS...
Maybe you can give us some clue where to search the problem?

Based on the documentation provided in the error by CloudLinux the issue is this: 57769 The error indicates that the PMEM limit is not compatible with the EP limit - not that they've reached it but that one of the limits needs to be modified for the user. 0 -
Hi @cPanelLauren, I've looked at the documentation but the user never reached the set limits. I found in documentation for limits (Limits): 512 MB / 20 EP 1 GB / 40 EP As I understand from your answer PMEM and EP should be in some ration? What is it? Have a nice day. 0 -
What are the EP and PMEM set to right now? Basically, their documentation notes to increase one or the other but not that there should be a correlation between the two. 0 -
EP: 20 / PMEM 512 MB We have a server with EP: 40 / PMEM 512 MB and encounter the same problem. 0 -
