phpmyadmin 404 not found

Hello, The phpmyadmin link does not open. Can you help me? I ran the cpanel update code.

  I ran into the same issue and followed the instructions here: 
  https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/4406019665559-How-to-reinstall-phpMyAdmin 
  
  The command that corrected this for me was this line.

  /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix

  Which re-installed my faulty phpMyAdmin install.
