Email over quota
Hi!
Could you help me?
I want to one problem in one user.
Cpanel default account show me that I use 279.42 mb, but I don't have any mail or file. I saw in directory there isn't something file.
/home/username/mail/cur/
/home/username/mail/new/
Also I saw via webmail, I also didn't see something.
I added Prt Scr.
I thought problem with maildirsize, I deleted it, but without result.

Hello @Usif Nasirov If you're a reseller on the server, you'll need to contact your hosting provider to rectify any discrepancy in the amounts shown for quota. They should be able to give you a full breakdown of where the data is allocated. Thanks! 0 -
As was discussed in the linked thread you need to address this with your provider, you won't be able to run the commands necessary to attempt to fix the quota with reseller access. 0 -
via web I use like reseller, but under ssh I can access under root, sudo, su without problem. How can I fix it in command line (under root)? 0 -
If you have root access the first thing I would do would be to run the following: /scripts/generate_maildirsize --verbose --confirm $user
I'd also run something like the following in the mail directory to get a breakdown of actual usage:du -h --max-depth=10 -
