Could not connect Name or service not known

Hi, I have 2 server with WHM. at the same time all webstite have stopped working both server. If i show webstite in https not working. If i show webstite without https work.. what can I do? I try to run autossl but i receive this error : PM ERROR AutoSSL failed to request an SSL certificate for "mywebsite.com" because of an error: (XID wk2ryt) The system failed to send an HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) "POST" request to "https://store.cpanel.net/json-api/ssl/certificate/free" because of an error: Could not connect to 'store.cpanel.net:443': Name or service not known
