AutoSSL failing license provisioning file error

Hello, AutoSSL fails with this message: (XID fzmksa) The system does not possess a valid license provisioning file, so it could not connect to the cPanel Store. Run the "/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt" command. at bin/autossl_check.pl line 368. I've verified the server's license at cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel, L.L.C. There's no indication of license issues in WHM other than in AutoSSL logs. Running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt returns: Updating cPanel license...Done. Update succeeded. Building global cache for cpanel...Done Server time is set correctly. What else could cause this problem? /etc/redhat-release:CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core) /usr/local/cpanel/version:11.78.0.18 /var/cpanel/envtype:vmware CPANEL=release

  Hello, To update, it looks like this was the result of a firewall rule on the server restricting inbound TCP traffic on port 2083. Opening the port corrected the problem. Thanks!
