  I should add, What I'm trying to do is activate SSL on a virtual host, once I select the domain, the UI displays Fetching SSL Data and hangs due to cpanel trying to fetch, I presume, a cabundle from cabundle.cpanel.net specifically appears to attempt to fetch the following URL

  Is this correct? Your cPanel is quite a bit out of date. 11.34 was EOL 6 years ago: 11.34 EOL Notice | cPanel Newsroom

  Yes, this is correct. But even though it is EOL, meaning cpanel no longer provide support, does that mean that core features should stop working? Stop working because cabundle.cpanel.net is no longer responding correctly? There are a whole lot of cisco routers out there that are EOL, but that doesn't mean they stop routing.

  Updates keep things working. Ways that things works, changes. That version has no updates or support available any longer as far as I know. cPanel is not a router. ;)
