Error during installation "Named Failed"

Hello, I tried to install CPanel & WHM on Centos 7 except that at one point during the installation an error appears "Named has failed, please contact your system administrator". I first tried to solve the error myself I didn't succeed, so I tried to contact my vps host's support but they don't know how to fix it. So here I am, I'm asking for your help to fix this mistake.
