Not receiving emails of completed backups
I recently changed my hostname to a FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name). I stopped getting emails notifying me of completed backups every two days. Is there anything I can check? I was able to verify I have the backups and I have it set to send me emails like it had in the past.

Hello @Bloke2, Can you browse to WHM >> Contact Manager and verify which contact types are enabled for the Backup Successful notification? If email is enabled as a contact type, can you check if the email address entered next to Email under the Communication Type tab is valid? Thank you. 0 -
Yes I verified the email is correct. I never changed these settings and used to get the emails. I have it set to "receive all". On the backup successful I have it set to "high". Would it not send if it was low or medium? 0 -
Hello @Bloke2, You should receive the notification if you have configured the email communication type to receive all notifications in WHM >> Contact Manager. Can you open a root@servername.myserver.tld root cannot accept local mail deliveries

root cannot accept local mail deliveries
Can you verify the correct root forwarding address is configured in WHM >> Server Contacts >> Edit System Mail Preferences and WHM >> Basic WebHost Manager" Setup? Thank you.0 -
Hello, To update, it looks like there may have been a filtering or DNS issue on the remote email server associated with the email account set to receive notifications from the cPanel server. Subsequent notification emails are now delivering properly. Thank you. 0
