    Hello @Bloke2, Can you browse to WHM >> Contact Manager and verify which contact types are enabled for the Backup Successful notification? If email is enabled as a contact type, can you check if the email address entered next to Email under the Communication Type tab is valid? Thank you.

    Yes I verified the email is correct. I never changed these settings and used to get the emails. I have it set to "receive all". On the backup successful I have it set to "high". Would it not send if it was low or medium?

    Hello, To update, it looks like there may have been a filtering or DNS issue on the remote email server associated with the email account set to receive notifications from the cPanel server. Subsequent notification emails are now delivering properly. Thank you.
