Backup not removed on destination

    HI @leonep Can you tell me as many details about the remote backup configuration as possible? What type of transport, what is the retention set to etc.

    trasport type is classic FTP Backup Status Enable Backup Type Compressed Check the Available Disk Space (5%) Maximum Destination Backup Timeout 50000 Maximum Backup Restoration Timeout 21600 Scheduling and Retention Daily Backup Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Retention 1 Weekly Backup Saturday Retention 1 backups Strictly enforce retention, regardless of backup success. no Monthly Backup Files Back up User Accounts yes Back up System Files yes Databases Per Account Only directory /home/backup

    Hi @leonep And are the backups completing successfully locally? You can see the backup status on all the logs that are present by running something like the following: grep "Sent Backup::" /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/*

    yes i have backups in local and the trasport also work. the problem is that don't remove old backup in additional destination. i have no rotation and the backup destination become full....

    Hi @leonep A partial failure though could result in the backups either not being pruned or not being moved period, which is why I asked for the information I did. You should also be able to see if there was issues with the pruning operation on the remote destination by checking the backup transport logs which can be found at: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter/
