cPanel Contact Email Address

On my server, somethings not working with reseting password. If I open domainname.com/cpanel and try to reset password, I have to enter my username, which is ok and functioning, but when I see another step of reset password procedure, I get confused: Complete your contact email address below to receive your security code. Contact Email Address: Hint: x--m@p--a.com This is apsolutely not part of my contact address. And when I try to enter real contact email address it says: "The email address you provided does not match our records.". But it is real, I checked at "List Accounts" in WHM. I have also checked "Tweak settings" in WHM: "Allow cPanel users to reset their password via email." is set to "on". How is it possible that all of my contact email addresses are wrong and different from the ones that are listed in "List Accounts"?
