Attempt to invoke directory as script error

hi, I had change my primary domain in whm but it caused 500 internal server error. the cms of the site is wordpress and changing memory_limit in php.ini file, changing .htaccess file or rewriting the wp_admin & wp_includes didn't work for me. it supposed to be server misconfiguration. error log: [Sun Apr 14 15:47:46.433999 2019] [cgid:error] [pid 21914:tid 47678495684352] [client 104.222.32.90:11682] AH01265: attempt to invoke directory as script: /home/smartlearn/public_html/cgi-bin/ how can I fix this error?

  Do you mean the server's hostname? This would be handled with your dns and web servers and should not bear any effect on a cPanel user account.

  not the host name, I mean the main domain name. it was because of configuration of php version of host. changing php version from 7.0 to 7.2 solved the problem.
