  Hello, Just another info on WHM I see 58189 Why it appears "Self-signed certificates will cause browser warnings" ? Best regards, Elizabeta

  Hello @Elizabeta, Can you browse to WHM >> Manage AutoSSL >> Logs and verify if there were any errors during the AutoSSL domain validation process for that cPanel account? Thank you.

  Hello, When I go to WHM >> Manage AutoSSL >> Logs There are Logs: 58213 This is new user. Yesterday, when I added him, DNS of this user was not on cPanel. There was change of location DNS, on the end DNS become DNS cPanel. Now, everything is ok. Thank you very much! Best regards, Elizabeta

  Hello @Elizabeta, I'm glad to see the issue is now solved. As you noted, the domain must resolve to the cPanel server in order for the AutoSSL validation process to succeed. Thanks!
