Support for cPanel & WHM version 11.42 ended in early 2015: 11.42 Now EOL | cPanel Newsroom Identifying a single case number related to your specific issue is unlikely because we've published numerous improvements to DKIM functionality in cPanel & WHM in the versions released since 11.42.
