hi every one, i have this error can you help please, i have an resseling account i already create an website, this is the second one, i can not install wordpress, they give me this error.   Edit the the cpanel user account or package to allow more databases The error means exactly what is says in your case "0"

  @dalem is correct this is a limitation of the package the account is on. If you don't have control over this you'll need to discuss this with your provider. Thanks!
