New install IP address incorrect

I am installing the WHM, however the IP address given by the installation is not the correct one. It gives me the default DNS instead of the correct IP address. Do you have any idea why? Obviously because of the Fortigate blocking the server? My second question is: When I install the WHM, how can I secure the WHM in https? Thank you very much for your help. Jack

  Hello Jack, Can you verify the full steps you are performing to install cPanel & WHM? For instance, is this a manual installation on a fresh CentOS installation? Or, are you installing cPanel & WHM via an image from your provider or through a Hyperscaler provider such as AWS or DigitalOcean? Thank you.

  Thank you for your advice. It was an access block in the fortigate that caused my mistake. Thank you very much and the Post can now be Resolved:)
