    This is not a CPanel/WHM issue. Please use a website / forum / BBBoard relating to your web design environment (such as Drupal, WordPress or Joomla, etc.). Also, the description of the issue is so vague we would be unable to give meaingful advice to help you. Please edit your question and make your description more helpful to us, to help you - assume we know nothing; so we need to know what development platform you're using, what server setup you're on, how this relates to CPanel, etc. Thank you.

    I am inclined to agree with @martin MHC on this issue, this doesn't seem to be something specific to cPanel, it looks to be specific to the CMS you're running and I'd also suggest seeking out assistance from them. For future posts this is a great guideline as well:
