Junk Mail rejected, Cannot not receive any emails
Hi, I desperately need help. I can not receive any emails at all and I run my business through this. Everything was working fine up until this morning. I have made no changes.
I was only alerted when one of my customers said they're emails are getting rejected.
This is the error message I see when I looking at the track delivery
- JunkMail rejected - sonic309-21.consmr.mail.ne1.yahoo.com [66.163.184.147]:39212 is in an RBL:
It's the same from no matter who is emailing.
I have tried searching but there is a lot of computer talk which I'm not familiar with. If anyone can give me instructions on how to fix this myself going through the cpanel, I would be so grateful.
thank you

Sounds like your servers ip was blacklisted. This is usually a result of a compromised email account or web site sending mass amounts of spam. You can probably confirm this by looking at how big your mail queue is. Anything over a few hundred would be indicative of a problem The bigger it is the bigger the problem. First you have to address the spam problem, but, really its tough to get resolved from a blacklist like this Many of them would remove you in a few days after the spam flow stops hut some won't do it automatically. Youd need to request delisting and that is iffy at best on getting a response. You might consider a service like mailchannels where you route your email through them which usually.itigates existing blocks and prevents future problems 0 -

Thank you for your reply. If I got to my sent emails there's no spam emails sent. And I'm not sure how to check my mail queue. And who exactly would I request to be delisted? I can send emails no problem I just can't receive any.0 -
Oh sorry I misunderstood The rejection you posted normally indicates a sending problem. Do you have the text of the rejection message your client got when sending to you? 0 -
@GOT I believe you were correct the first time. It definitely sounds like a blacklisting issue. @Mel_Davies what comes up when you check your server's IP address here: Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted 0
