EasyApache modules not installed?

Hello We are having some strange issues, all of a sudden, we are having most every site on our cpanel servers receiving 500 errors. After doing some troubleshooting, it appears that all of the easy apache modules and php version appear to uninstalled (the sliders are to the right, where it appears off). also, I noticed a difference there the vertical bar on the side of the php version is green on some servers and yellow on another. We are running version 78.0.21 any help, explanations of the vertical colored bar would be appreciated.

  Hi, I ended up opening a ticket, but I found the problem. It is a bug in easy apache configuration interface. I updated the ticket as well.
