Unable to open a certain mailing list.
Hi,
I have a concern, one of our client is experiencing issue in opening a certain mailing list. When attempting to open it, it just keeps on loading and not proceeding. It usually happens everyday then after few hours it will become accessible again. I already tried to restart the mailman services and run mailman scripts but still not fixing the issue. Please see attached image for reference. Hope someone could help.

Hi @blackwidow02 When this occurs is anything noted in the mailman error logs? /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/logs/error0 -
Hi @cPanelLauren , sorry, I wasn't able to get back to you with regard to this. actually, its really weird because after reporting this after a while the mailing list got accessible then after a few weeks always at around 2 PM PH time the issue is occurring then around 6 PM it will then be accessible again. Until now some of our clients are experiencing same issues. Thank you :) 0 -
Hello, No worries on the time frame but when the issue is occurring around 2PM is anything noted in the mailman logs as I had requested previously? 0 -

I'd suggest opening a ticket at this point, you can do so using the link in my signature. There's not enough information to troubleshoot on what's occurring here.
