Apache module for EA4 on CentOS

Hello, We need a small Apache module built for us, which can integrate into EA4 so that it will be rebuilt whenever we use EA4 to update Apache. The module will need to access the server's filesystem to check for certain files and read/parse one of them before deciding whether or not to reject or continue the request. We have several servers running WHM on CentOS 7 that this module will be set up on. For other details, please send me a private message. Thanks
