Can cPanel perform automatic full backups?

Can cPanel perform an automatic full backup? You know, if I can schedule the backup then it will be really great. And also the full backup option, does it backups the database too or just the files & folders?

  Yes, cPanel has automated backups. Your forum profile here lists you as Website Owner. You wouldn't be able to modify backups scheduling, those options are limited to your Hosting Provider. If Backups are enabled on the server you're on, you should be able to find this area in your cPanel by simply typing in, backup, to the search tool at top of the cPanel account's home page. If you can find that area, you should also find a "Download a Full Account Backup" option. That area looks like this:
