Add Vhost Include for specific account?

I am trying to include a Vhost file for a certain account on a server with WHM/Cpanel installed. I have gone to the auto generated httpd.conf file, and each account has a line with a commented out line in relation to including a customized vhost file. I uncomment this line for a certain account and restart the server and its regenerated back with the line commented. How do i include a vhost file for a particular account user on the server?
