Subdomain redirecting issue

Hi, I have got a problem with subdomain system. When i added a subdomain to any domain, its redirect to subdomain.example.com/subdomain . What is the problem? How can i fix this?

  Hello @uniak 1. How are you adding the subdomain? 2. In cPanel>>Domains>>Subdomains -> Redirection what is listed?

  Yes i added subdomain from > frontend/paper_lantern/subdomain/index.html ( Cpanel > Domains > Subdomains ) Everything looking like normal in cpanel. No problems until 3 days ago. But when i add a new subdomain, redirect site to subdomain.example.com/subdomain. It's normally > subdomain.example.com but redirect :S Looking everything from Cpanel and whm, i cant find anything about this.
