Connection timed out sending email

Hello, I can no longer send any emails but I can still receive emails. When I send email, I check in cpanel -> Emails -> Track Delivery and i see that the status is "Connection timeod out". I alrady checked in WHM -> Security Center->SMTP Restrictions and i see that it is disabled. What is the reason for this ? I have valid PTR, SPF or DKIM records

  I checked the logs in /var/log/exim_mainlog and I found the following : R=dkim_lookuphost T=dkim_remote_smtp defer (110): Connection timed out

  Hi @danyTheGeek Are you able to make a connection from your server to the remote server you're attempting to send mail to by using telnet or ping? If not it sounds like there may be a network issue or block occurring. If you are able to connect it's possible that the remote server is blocking mail from your server.
