All html files are missing from public_html
Our web hosting company restored the website using a backup point and creating a new SQL database.
After that, I noticed that there were no html files in the public_html. The rest of the wordpress folders are still in public_html.
Do I have to migrate the entire wordpress site to C Panel and create a new database too?
Or is there another way?

You should be contacting your Hosting Provider about this. If that backup is not complete, they might have another backup to restore your account properly.0 -
I did. The web hosting company's technical staff told me to upload the wordpress design files to C Panel. In this case, what would be a viable solution? 0 -
I'd suggest that you have them restore the backup again or have it placed somewhere you can restore it, if there were html files in public html prior. 0
