Using rsync remote backup destination question

Hi, When I do a rsync remote back up destination with cPanel backups. Does it copy just the changed files to the remote server? The load seems to spike pretty high for just the changed files. With the folder name changing to the new date could that could trigger all files being transferred each time?

  Hello @WebHostPro, Are you using the Compressed/Uncompressed backup type, or the Incremental backup type? With Incremental, only new or modified files (managed through Full remote backup support with rsync Thank you.

  Cool yes I use rsync for the server back ups and rsync for the remote back up. Sounds good! And I liked the link, that would be even better!
