Backup configured but can't find directory or how to force backup

Hi guys I configured a WHM Backup to run daily with 2 copies to be kept for my Magento 2 Vps However I can't seem to find the /backup directory in my server. Secondly how do I force a backup to be performed because I would like to do a backup before installing or uninstalling some extensions in Magento 2.
