Get access to cPanel through WHM as a root

Hi, I've used to get access for cpanel from WHM >> List accounts >> cpanel icon near an account name, but after I've hosted the DNS on CloudFlare and flagged the domain to be proxied over CloudFlare, it couldn't get access from WHM, I have to get access through the domain itself domain.com/cpanel Is there any missed DNS records or such configuration I can do? the page redirection stops at this URL cpanel.host.domain.com/cpsessx.x.x.x/login/?session=domainuser:x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x The DNS records in CloudFlare are as following: A domain.com x.x.x.x A mail.domain.com x.x.x.x CName www domain.com MX domain.com mail.domain.com Any suggested solutions?

  Hi @m.eid It sounds like a misconfiguration with Cloudflare, do you have the service subdomains added at Cloudflare? (cpanel.domain.tld for example)

  These are the exist records there A domain.com x.x.x.x A mail.domain.com x.x.x.x CName www domain.com MX domain.com mail.domain.com What other records have to be there? .. I've checked the A Zone in WHM for the main domain but didn't find any records there to copy, what do you suggest?

  You'd need to have service subdomains enabled and added at CloudFlare in order to utilize them, which in the case of the error you're presenting it seems you're failing at cpanel.domain.tld/
