Disable Two Factor Authentication

This has happened to me, my phone reset and lost all data from the 2FA app. There is no alternative on the Cpanel available lies a text message email, or other way to validate, can you please help. I am only a small business owner and my skills in this area are very small. Thanks.

  Your Hosting Provider can disable this for your account easy enough.

  Same response, your Hosting Provider will need to disable Two Factor Authentication on your account for you. As a Website Owner, you are not able to disable Two Factor Authentication if you cannot log in to change the settings for it, via your cPanel account.
