Best way to transfer domains to new VPS

Good morning, i have a issue. My VPS have 300 GB and have 97.8% used. I need transfer two domains to new VPS. I can't make a backup because /mail of one domain have 80GB and the other 70 GB size. I have only 6 GB free. Can you help me? I need the best way to transfer domains to new VPS Some friend tell me try to copy /etc and /mail to new VPS, maybe FTP transfer.

  Try using the WHM Transfer Tool option. It will create an archive, but not include the email, just account info and databases. Then the balance of the site is streamed with rsync.
