Can user change SPF record via cPanel interface?

Hello, I have a cPanel version 78.0.21. I would like to know, can cPanel user change SPF record via cPanel interface

  Go into the Feature Editor in WHM and make sure that the option Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, SRV, TXT) is checked. Then when you click Manage you'll be able to edit all the records.

  You can also go to "Email Deliverability" in cPanel, which is the new interface for SPF and DKIM.
