Connection Error Failed to reach the server

Hey. So I just installed a new SSL, because cPanel AutoSSL would expire soon. Everytime I try to check my webmail and click on "sent" I get the following error: "Connection Error (Failed to reach the server)!" Is this because I haven't got SSL for Webmail yet? Or is there any issues at cpanel at the moment? Thanks!
