Password Reset Issue (Partnerlogin, Ticketsystem, ...)
The password reset for the following areas does not work since 2 weeks:
- Ticketsystem (accounts.cpanel.net and tickets.cpanel.net)
- Partnerlogin (manage2.cpanel.net)
There is no mail received, account exists.

I was able to reset my password in manage2 as epected. Could you please let me know which Partner Account your email is associated with? Your forums email is associated with a normal store account, not a Partner Account. Edit: I've located the account.0 -

You'll need to use the email asscociated wih your Partner Account to reset your passord. I've spoken to Customer Service about this and they tell me you've also got a ticket open. They should be able to help you resolve this from there. Thanks.0
