Disable outgoing validation emails from BoxTrapper?

One of my customers is receiving a sort of spam attack and is receiving lots of emails with subjects like Read: New order/request for quotation Read: AW: INVOICE+PL Undeliverable message Due to this problem I enabled BoxTrapper, however this means that all those email addresses will receive an email asking for validation which is unnecessary in this case, so I was wondering how can I disable this behaviour.

  That automatic response is BoxTrapper's primary function, I'd suggest reading the documentation on it here: BoxTrapper - Version 80 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

  If you want to prevent the guy getting spam, then go to "Spam Filters", make sure "Move New Spam to Separate Folder (Spam Box)" is enabled. Then you can configure the Spam Threshold to something that will catch the email :) BoxTrapper (in my opinion) should never be used because it opens up for *a lot* of other issues.
