Error creating account

Good morning everyone! I'm having trouble trying to create an account in WHM. When I include all the account data I want to add and click create. The following message appears: Account Creation Status: failed (XID rfazgd) The domain "example.com.br" already exists in the user data. Can anyone here help me?

  I would start by running /scripts/whoowns example.com.br If it returns a user name, then look in their cpanel for domain aliases, addon domains, etc that match and remove them.

  The suggestion by @GOT is going to be the easiest way to identify where the domain is residing on the server, let us know how it turns out!
