No acccess to WHM

Hi all, My technical level is middling at best and I'm struggling to get an addon domain working on my server - 185.2.x.xx I own both domains, so I created the addon domain within cPanel which was easy. Now I'm trying to aim the DNS records of the new domain to the addon domain within cPanel. However, I can't find the DNS of the addon domain anywhere within cPanel. I'm following this cPanel instruction but don't have the "Zone manager". How to Log in to Your Server or Account - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation When I follow instructions (185.2.x.xx:2087) I get an error saying the site cannot be reached. My hosting provider is - Removed - and I can't see any sign of WHM within my control panel there. I've raised a support ticket but don't have much hope as there's no mention of WHM included in my package. Is it possible to have cPanel but not WHM? If so, how can I successfully add and direct traffic to an addon domain in cPanel? Many thanks for your patience and understanding. Charlie
