Can't login to cPanel or Webmail

My hosting company, - Removed -, can't seem to figure this out, but I can't login to cPanel or my webmail accounts. My credentials seem to be accepted, but all I get is a Site can't be reached, host310.example.com took too long to respond. This is occurring from my office IP address and from my AT&T mobile phone's IP address. Multiple PCs I have tested with and the mobile phone. - Removed - support staff claim they can login for their location. Any suggestions appreciated.

  This really requires the system administrators to look at and investigate. Logs have to be checked, server security settings, password resets possibly. Its impossible for us in a forum to be able to guide you since you are not the root level administrator for the server.

  I have been pushing them to inspect the Logs.

  Hope they can get it fixed. Otherwise you may want to shop for a different host.

  It would definitely appear that there is a block of some sort, if you're unable to login but they are able to. This is something without root access as noted by @GOT you really won't be able to troubleshoot.
