EA3 to EA4 upgrade is failing

Ea3 to Ea4 upgrade is failing. I am getting the below-pasted error whille running the scipt === [root@xx.xx.xx ~]# /scripts/migrate_ea3_to_ea4 --revert --run EA3 is no longer available === Can someone have any idea regardinng the

  You are specifying the revert option which would make it go back from EA4 to EA3. Are you sure you are not already running EA4? Are your web sites operational? If they are not then you should probably get a ticket in ASAP.

  This is definitely attempting to revert from EA4 -> EA3 - if you're sure you should be upgrading (i.e., as already suggested you're not already on EA4) run the script without the revert flag and let us know if you still experience issues.
