Problems Detected with cPanel Controlled RPMs
One of our cPanel servers is reporting Problems were detected with cPanel-provided files which are RPM controlled but not listing any RPMs.
Log snippet provided below.
Seems strange. Perhaps I'm not reading the log properly? Does anyone know why this is being logged without any RPMs being referenced and how I should resolve the issue? Thanks.

I would just run this command /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix --long-list Which will address any issues that might actually be there. 0 -
The suggestion by @GOT is what I would run as well, if you still experience issues you may need to rebuild the RPM database which can be done with the following: /scripts/find_and_fix_rpm_issues
This script also detects duplicate cPanel RPMs, removes, and then re-installs them if necessary.0
