you let virtulizor add the IP it will add it to the network config unless its openVZ you have to do a start/stop to load the new network configuration (unless you want to add it manually via /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts)

WHM will automatically detect the new IP if its an additional IP you can run Rebuild the IP Address Pool if the new IP is not working then you did something wrong use the vnc console and fix the network note: you have to use stop/start to load the new IP (not reboot) with virtulizor

i think i wanna mannuly add ip in to the WHM .. [QUOTE]nmap -p 80 88.***.***.*** Starting Nmap 7.70 ( Nmap: the Network Mapper - Free Security Scanner ) at 2019-05-27 12:01 CDT Note: Host seems down. If it is really up, but blocking our ping probes, try -Pn Nmap done: 1 IP address (0 hosts up) scanned in 3.08 seconds

If you've not added the new IP in WHM this does need to be done first: IP Migration Wizard - Version 80 Documentation - cPanel Documentation You should ensure that the IP is able to be pinged once it's added to the server though, otherwise, you'll need to look at the network configuration further.
