Backups don't contains all of the data in the homedir

    Check the permissions & ownership of those files/folders and do a local backup and see if its a complete backup to see if its getting lost on the backup server or during transfer.

    Thanks. Perms are all the same. If I run a manual full backup from cPanel > Backup > Full Backup I see the same issue, certain directories missing. If I run a manual Home dir backup from cPanel > Backup > Partial Backup it contains all of the directories. So. Full backup is not working as expected. partial Home directory is.

    Ok. Issue has been resolved. For anyone else with the same problem. It was my copy of 7-Zip. As soon as I upgraded it, I could see all the files. No idea why this occurred. It hasn't before and it was only on full backups. Very odd. Anyway, it was nothing to do with cPanel but a problem with an old version of 7-Zip
