New Installation Not Completing as Expected

I can not manage Cpanel installation.VPS is hosted on - Removed - I've removed network manager and I have proper dns resolvers in /etc/resolver.conf I've reinstalled this VPS from SolusVM with centos7 minimal,update it in all,installed wget everything says is up to date. I can not figure out why this is happening?VPS is good,I am not quite sure if the probelm is about kernel core,centos7 in solusvm itself or misconfiguration between VPS and cpanel. Any other VPS I've installed cpanel from other providers works smoothly.   I know you said you verified the resolvers but before you start the install check dig httpupdate.cpanel.net servers that its properly resolving and that you do not have any rules in the iptables preventing downloads iptables -l iptables -F

  Same problem here before running the command for cPanel Installation I can still ping httpupdate.cpanel.net but during the installation on that exact situation after cancelling it, I cannot reach the said site anymore
