Creating a second website

I have a website already up and running. I added on a add-on domain as well, and clicked create website. I am now having the issue of how I edit it? Add wordpress etc to it? All I can seem to do through Cpanel is edit the original website. I am no good with files etc so can't edit the website that way. I have tried speaking to the company I am using for hosting where I use C-Panel but not having any luck, there is no guidelines on creating second websites or how to edit them.

  Making a website on an addon domain is not that different from making a website on the primary domain. Who/how was the primary website made and edited?
