Trouble logging into Webmail

Good evening. I've tried to login on my email and got a message of wrong password. Although it's not possible since it's recorded on the browser, after several tries I asked to reset it. The email hint that I got has nothing to do with any email address I have. I'm a bit worried. How can I manage such a situation? Thank you guys.

  Do you have access to the cpanel for the account? If so you can reset the email password yourself.

  Thank you GOT, I'll try to reach my administrator and ask him to do that.

  Your administrator should be able to also add an email address in the contact manager for you so that if there is an issue with your password in the future the password reset information is sent to an email address controlled by you.
