Service auth icontact emails from server
I'm seeing a lot of e-mails being sent from the host:
(I wrote the "my-own-IP" so I don't reveal the real one). It's really weird, I don't think it is a spam related issue but it has send 1073 today and it's going up consuming my available relays. By the way yesterday I updated the Cpanel and WHM to v80.0.10 Any idea of what it might be and how to stop it? Thanks.

the FROM address is : cpanel@s192-my-own-IP.secureserver.net
and the RECIPIENT is: info@s192-my-own-IP.secureserver.net(I wrote the "my-own-IP" so I don't reveal the real one). Hello @Rafael Alvarez, Can you search /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if there is a specific email notification subject utilized for these alerts? EX: exigrep info@hostname /var/log/exim_mainlog
For instance, it's possible the issue you noticed relates to the topic discussed on the following thread: Thank you.0 -
I think you're right. The logs say "Excessive Number of Failed Login Attempts from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" I just updated to version 80.0.12 and the e-mails seem to have ceased. Thank you very much. 0
