    Hello @Rafael Alvarez, Can you search /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if there is a specific email notification subject utilized for these alerts? EX: exigrep info@hostname /var/log/exim_mainlog

    I think you're right. The logs say "Excessive Number of Failed Login Attempts from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" I just updated to version 80.0.12 and the e-mails seem to have ceased. Thank you very much.
